Hello and welcome to the "get to know me" page of my web site.  I am so excited about this school year. I have a great group of students who make every day exciting and worthwhile for me. My goal is that my students will leave me with the knowledge to make wise decisions towards their personal and family goals.

I was raised in Lubbock and Amarillo, TX. When I moved to Denison, I worked at American Bank of Texas in New Accounts, where I met my husband, Carl. My first years of teaching have been in Head Start. I’m very excited to be at Pottsboro High School in the Family and Consumer Science Department. My son, John, is a Freshman at Texas Tech University. We have 3 cats, 3 dogs, and a horse at home.
